late lee letters at the Chief Post-office till 2.60 p.m., and at the Bailway Travelling Post-office Mail Van (Northern, Express Train; till 3.17 p.m. (Signed) Bn. Coon, ■ ; Chief Postmaster. Chief Post Office, Timarn, Sept. 4, 1889.
