The Suez Mails- ■ The Homeward mails, vta Suez and Brindisi, which left Melbourne on 18 th July, were delivered here to-day. Riots in Dublin. SeptS. Further serious rioting took place in Dublin last evening, and some difficulty was experienced in restoring order. The military were again called out to clear the streets, and in several cases were compelled to charge the mob with fixed bayonets.
