Gillespie v. Sibbald —Claim, £2OO damages. Mr White for plaintiff; Mr Jameson for defendant. _ . , This was a case in which defendant had offered to sell plaintiff a mob of 600 or 700 horses, but failed to deliver them; and plaintiff now sued for damages for loss, of profit and expense to which he had been subjected. The defendant pleaded intoxication at the time. of the alleged bargain, denied the bargain, and averred that false representations had been used. The case was adjourned to Monday at 11 o’clock. . Mr White applied for letters of administration to Catherine Jardine, in the estate of R. Jardine, deceased. Granted. , The Court then rose. ..
