Do you object to the proposed alterations on any other ground than that of delay ? Because if you do not. as I have shown you, there will be no delay. I need proceed no further in the matter. My authority for this is from an Interview, in company with the Mayor, with the Under Secretary yesterday.—R. Turnbull.” The letter refers to the division of the Borough into wards, and the boundaries of the different wards.
