The position of Premier and Minister for Foreign Affairs will be filled by M. Ducleure. M. Tiraud will take the portfolio of Minister of Finance. Nothing definite has transpired as to the other portfolios. (Peb Cable to Pbess Association.) [“Age” Special.] The Irish Constabulary. London, August 7. The Limerick Constabulary have struck to the number of 300. The Belfast men threaten to do the same. Demands* President Arthur has again urged the release of the Irish suspects. The Boers and Zulus* News from the Cape states the Boers have been heavily repulsed on the Zulu border.
