The bank rate remains at 3 per cent. New Zealand securities—The 5 per cent 10 40 loan has advanced to 107£ ; and 5 percent 1889 loan to 107; 3| per cent 1879-1904 loan, 10l£, ex div. Colonial breadstuffs continue quiet. Adelaide wheat, ex warehouse, is at 52s ; New Zealand, do, 50s ; Adelaide flour, ex warehouse, 375. Australian tallow is unchanged at 44s for best beef, and 45s 6d for best mutton. . Best Scotch pig iron is unchanged at 62s 6d.
