CRICKET.
AUSTRALIAN CRICKETERS AT HOME. [By Cable.] London, August 2. The match at Liverpool was resumed to-day, the weather being fine but the wicket heavy. The Liverpool team in their first innings scored 112, A, G. Steel being the highest soorer. Being 128 behind the Australians, the Home team followed on, and put together 137 in their second innings. The AusItalians requiring 10 runs to win the match, went in for their second innings' but time only permitted of their scoring 6 for the loss of one wicket- The match was therefore drawn,, the Australians having four rims to make and nine wickets to fall.
