TBS OAT. (Tib Cable to Pbess Association.) [Special to Melbourne “ Aeons.”] ' \ London, July 30. A regiment of the Soots Guards have embarked on board the steamer Orient, for Egypt. Prince Arthur accompanies them. M. Freycinet has demanded from the Chamber of Deputies a war vote to enable the Government to occupy both ends of the Suez Canal with 4000 men, M agreed with England. He stated that the Eoropean powers were now reverting to the idea of collectively protecting Egypt, France and England to assist. The motion was rejected by a majority of 450 to 75.
