TIMARU-YESTERDAY. (Before His Honor Judge Ward.) CIVIL CASES. W. Stonyer, senior, v. Wildie, Allan and Stumbles, claim £2OO damages. Mr White for plaintiff; MrTosswill for defendants. This was an action for poundage, plaintiff having seized certain property of defendants in satisfaction of a claim for rent, the goods so seized being then in the custody of the law by bill of sale. His Honor gave judgment for plaintiffs for £lO5 without costs.
