TIMABU—YESTERDAY. 1 (Before J. Beswick, Esq., R.M.) Shappere v. J. Partridge, claim £5, money lent. Hr' White for plaintiff, and Mr Jameson for defendant. Defendant put in a counter claim for £9 10s Bd, for expenses and work done. Judgment was given for plaintiff for amount claimed with costs. : THIS DAY. (Before T. W. Hall and F.LeCren Esqs.) bebaoh or by-laws. , Michael Donovan for allowing two horses to be at large in the Borough, was fined 10s. Daniel Gibb (for whom Mr Jameson Appeared), charged with not having his i name on his cart, was dismissed, the information having been laid under the wrong by-law.-labcbny.■ John Lee was charged with larceny at Washdybe (two charges).
