Mails close at the Chief Post Office Timarn, for the following places (subject to the necessary alterations) as under Wednesday, July 12. For United Kingdom, via Melbourne and Australian Colonies, per Te Anau, at 4 p.m. For Westport, per Southern Cross. Thursday, July 13. For Northern Ports of New Zealand per Bbtomahann, at 6 a.m. ; Saturday, July 16, For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Hawea, at 2.50 p.m. For the United Kingdom, via San Francisco, the Continent of Europe, America, Africa, the Sandwich Islands, and Mediterranean Ports, as follows : Money orders, registered letters and newspapers at 1.30 p.m. Ordinary letters at 2 30 p.m. Late fee letters at the Chief Post-office till 2.50 p.m., and at the Kailway Travelling Post-office Mail Van (Northern, Express Train; till 3.20 p.m. (Signed) Ed.
