The Newcastle Borehole miners have refused to resume work until the arbitrators have settled the questions referred to them. Adelaide, July 7. Wheat is quoted at 6s 2d. There is nothing doing in the market. Town flour is unchanged at £l4 per ton and country brands at £l2 13s.
