[Ueutkr’s: Agency, j Another Murder in Dublin. London, July 4. ■ Intelligence is to hand from Ireland ;it that a Mr Kenny has been murdered in Dublin. It has been conclusively ' proved that the murder is the work of Fenians, but no arrests have been made. • •; Suspected Assassins. ■ The police have effected the capture : ' of twenty-two men on suspicion of being concerned in the assassination of Mr Blake the agent, and Kean the steward, of Lord Olanricarde at Lougbrea, on * the 28th nit. Irish Eepression Bill. In the House of Commons to-day the Irish Eepression Bill was again under consideration. The Home Buie members again warmly opposed the Measure, and protested against its being declared “ urgent, ” Finally all the Home Eulers, except four, left the House in a body, at tho same time declaring their protest against the revival of tho “ urgency ” system. False Alarm. It has been ascertained that the materia] which was found in a bridge near Bradford at the time of the Prince of Wales’ recent visit to that town was merely fireworks, and not dynamite, as at first supposed. . Egyptian Affairs. Tho Conference of European Ambassadors has resumed its sittings at Constantinople. The question of permitting the Sultan to intervene in the settlement of affairs in Egypt is now being discussed by the envoys. 1 The Porte has now made overtures to the Ambassadors of the Powers with a view to a Turkish representative taking part in the Conference on tho Egyptian question.
A Real Crisis. . 'Admiral Sir Beauchamp Seymour, the Commander of the Allied English and French Fleets now in Alexandria has -* sent a communication to the Ehedive of menacing character. The Admiral .demands the cessation of the fortifying and 'arxning of the Harbor of Alexandria, which is actively proceeding, and threatens in .case of, non-compliance with his demands, to take steps to enforce ohcdiance on the part of the Egyptians. ■ f : ’ Cheerful Revelations- * ■ _ July 6. •' Walsh, thol Irishman,, who was recently arrested at Clerkenwell in connection with trfe seizure of arms at that * place was brought up for trial to-day.
