In the District Court yesterday, the case M. Jonas v, T. G. Cork as trustee in James Eeid’s estate was decided. The claim was £2OO for detinue and damages. His Honor gave judgment for A’l2o 15s and costs. In the estate Louisa Elizabeth Shaw,. letters of administration were granted to Charles Reginald Shaw. An attachment for contempt of Court was issued against one, George Smith.
