TIMARU— I THIS DAY. (Before F. LeCren, Esq.) DRUNKENNESS. H. Oxby (on two charges), and Patrick Ryan, were charged with this offence. The former was fined ,£l, the latter 10s. William Lamont was similarly charged and fined ss, cab hire 2s, or 24i hours’ imprisonment. ILL-TREATING A HORSE. A charge against Patrick Ryan was dismissed.
