TIMARU—THIS DAY. (Before J. Beswick, Esq., R.M.) DRUNKENNESS. Julia Herbert, John McDonald, James McCarthy, William O’Brien Walter Pennington, Frederick Critchell (on remand), were charged with drunkenness. They were fined ten shillings each. =• TEMUKA—THIS DAY. [Before S. D. Barker and J. Mcmlclson, Esq ? s., J.P.-’s.T , CATTLE RESCUE. Eli Mitchell was charged, on the information of H. Nicholson, with rescuing cattle on the 22nd May last. Mr Jameson appeared for defendant. The case was dismissed,.defendant to pay costs, 7s. ASSAULT. The case of Malarky v. Marlin Dunn was adjourned to next Comt day. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Svvinton v. McGuinnoss. Mr Pearson appeared for plaintiff. The application was adjourned for 14 days. •
