V. R. NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. (Christchurch Section,) INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION. EXCURSION FROM TIMARU TO CHRISTCHURCH. ON SATURDAY, MAY 6, an Excursion Train will leave Timaru for Christchurch, at C. 40 a.m. arriving at Christchurch at 11.20 a.m , returning from Christchurch at 8.30 p.m,, arriving at Timaru at 1.0 a.m. The Train for Christchurch will stop at any Station between Timaru and Ashburton to pick up passengers for Christchurch,and the return Train will stop to allow passengers to alight at the same Stations. Fares from Timaru, Washdyke, Temuka, Winchester, Orari, and Rangitata _to Christchurch and back. First Class, 15s, Second Class, 12s. First Class carriages will not be guaranteed in the event of their being a large number of first-class passengers booked. Excursionists from Timaru may procure their tickets on the day previous to the date of the Excursion. The cheap tickets will be available for return either by the 8.30 p.m. Excursion Train from Christchurch same day or by any ordinary train up to and including the 13th May, For the journey to Christchurch they arc only available by the (5.40 a.m. Excursion Train from Timaru.
