RICKMAN has been favored with instructions by the South Canterbury Education Board (in view of the proposed erection of School Buildings on the new site), to submit to Public Competition on the above date, at his Auction Rooms, High street, Waimate, NINE FIRST-CLASS BUILDING SITES, Forming part of the Education Reserve on the West Side of Queen street. Allotments Nos. 1,2, 3,4, and 5 have each a frontage of one chain to Queen street; allotment No. 1 having also & frontage to Glasgow street, and No. 5 a frontage to a new street (one chain wide) to be opened up through the block from Queen street to Shearman street, and leading almost direct from the Post-office to the Courthouse.
