[Reuter's Agency.] The QueenLondon, April 14. Her Majesty the Queen has arrived at Windsor Castle, from Mentone, where sire has been staying for the bonelit of her health. OppositionAt political meetings which hare been held at Liverpool to-day, the Marquis of Salisbury, and Sir Stafford Northcote continued their onslaughts upon the policy of the Government in vigorous speeches. Meath ElectionShiel, a Parnellite, has been returned unopposed for the Meath constituency, in place of Davitt, whose election in February was declared void. The Austrian DelegationThe Austrian Delegation was opened to-day. In his address on the occasion, the President, referring to the disorder in the southern provinces, expressed a hope that that the province of Bosnia would eventually be absorbed into the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Nihilists at it Again. A rumor is current in St. Petersburg to the effect that a mine which was intended to bo exploded at the forthcoming coronation of the Czar has been discovered under the Cathedral, at Moscow. It is further stated that eighty arrests have beeu made iu consequence of the discovery.
Coronation of the CzarSt. Petersburg, April 14. A proclamation was issued to-day announcing that the coronation of his Imperial Majesty Alexander 111 will be celebrated at Moscow in August next, and commands all the dignitaries of the empire to attend the ceremony. Europeans Dismissed from Service in Egypt* Cairo, April 14. Four Europeans who were employed in the Treasury have been discharged ; no pretext has been offered for . their dismissal.
