MAIL NOTICES.
Mails dose at the Chief Post Office Timara, lor the following places (subject to the necessary alterations) as under Thursday, April 6.
For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Arawata, at 6 a m. Friday, April 7. For Northern Ports of New Zealand per Hero, at 6 a.m. Saturday, April 8. For Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Penguin, at 2.50 p.m. The Post-office will be closed on Friday, the 7tb Inst. (Good Friday.) . Mails usually despatched on that day will close at 8 p.m. on Thursday, 6th inst. The Telegraph Office will be closed on Friday, the 7th, and Monday, the 10th inst.
