Alleged Russian Designs. Melbourne,, March 25. Sir : Bryan O’Loghlen the Premier, has received a telegram from Earl Kimberley, Secretary of State for the colonies, stating that Henry Bryant’s information to the Melbourne “ Age” regarding the alleged Russian designs upon the colonies is wholly incredible, •and adding that Great rela- > tions with Russia are of a friendly character.
