[Bkotbe’s Agency.] Melbodene, March 6. Arrived, this morning—P. and 0. Company’s steamship Shannon, with the Suez mail, which left London on the 27th January. Public meetings are being organised in this city and other towns in the colony, to mark the citizens’ loyalty to the Queen and their pleasure at Her Majesty’s deliverance. Sydney, March 6. The tobacco market is active, and prices are rising rapidly. Brisbane, March 6. Arrangements are being made for a bi-monthly steamer between London 4nd Brisbane, via Torres Straits.
