COMMERCIAL.
The Australian Grain and Produce ComSany report as follows for the week ending ebruary 15th, 1882. Breadstuff*.—Prices this week are easier. Export lines are at 5s 5d delivered f.0.b.; prime milljng, ex store, at 5s 4d. At these prices we have sold 1755 Backs, also 1500 for delivery during February, at 5s 4Jd. Flour is al £ll ss, with a good business doing. Oats.—We have sold good stout Vic* tprian feed at 3s 3d ; New Zealand at 3s 4Jd to 3s 5d j prime New Zealand milling are at 3s 6d, at which rates we decline to sell. Barley.—All ormer lines offered have been rapidly sold to Maltsters at 4s 6d ; medium to good 4s 2d to 4s 4d. The yield is liuht and prices are firm. Maize remains at 6s. The first crop has failed, the second is promising. Grass Seeds.—Good cocksfoot, rye grass, Prarie and Clovers are scarse, and the enquiry has commenced. We look for extreme rates to rule, as there are no stocks here. By the Melbourne mail yesterday the same company report;—No alterations, except that wheat has declined to 5s 2d, and a further lendency downwards.
