THE NEW RIFLE CORPS.
[to the editor.] . Sir, — A few months ago a number of young men, aiong with myself, were asked to join a Rifle Corps. Will you or any of your numerous readers inform me, through your columns, whether the affair has fallen through. If not, what is the cause of the delay in the formation of the said corps. I am, &c. Volunteer.
