ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTYTHREE RUNS, comprising an area of 2,309,217 acres of Crown Lands, well grassed, well watered, and of access byroads, will be offered for le&se by public Auction on MONDAY, the 27th February next, at 11 o’clock a.m., in Watson’s Long Room, High Street, Dunedin. The Runs average an area of 13,348 acres ; eig' ty-seven of them are under this average, the lowest being 3;200 acrefe, and eighty-six of them are above the average, the highest being 70,190 acres. The upset rentals average nearly 4d per acre, ranging from a fraction of Id up to 7d. The^tenure ranges from one year up to ten.
