[Reutbs’s Agency.] Milburn CreekSydney, Feb. 13. The trial of Messrs Baker, Waddell, and Matheson, for conspiring to defraud the shareholders of the Milburn Creek Copper Mining Company, commenced to day, when the case for the prosecution was opened by, Mr Want. The prisoners pleaded not guilty. ■■
