The Jews in Russia- • Sx. Peiebsbubg, Feb. 11. It is officially atated here that the Bnssiaa Government will repel any mediation on the part of other Powers on behalf of the Jews, bat at the same time will shortly adopt vigorous measures to prevent outrages against that race in Russia.
