Fowler made 14 rapidly, Present score : 8 for 78 ; Ashby, not out, 20. 3.20 p.ra. Canterbury all out for 91. Ashby played a grand painstaking innings for 34. C. Frith took two wickets for no runs, but hie brother was punished today.
