Rents will be paid half-yearly, in Auckland, or in the town, as may be found convenient . Possession of the land will be given immediately after the auction. The lote indy be now identified on the ground by marked pegs, Tho.use of the waters, and all other similar arrangements, will be under the control of the doctor and a local body. Copies of the plans and full printed particulars can bo seen at any Post or Telegraph Office, Railway Station, and Athenaeum, or they can bo obtained from any Commissioners of Crown Lands at any Land Office in the colony.
