The ste \rners Westporb and Waitaki were berthed at the wharf this morning, and took up most of the available accommedation it affords. The strong nor’wester blowing kept their fenders under a constant heavy pressure, but they lay quietly and work was carried on without much inconvenience. They could not have got away, though while the wind continued blowing, no matter how much they had desired it.
