[Reotkb’b Agency.j Storm in EnglandLondon Dec. 19. A storm of unsual severity was experienced over a great part of England last night. The wind blew with hurri. cane force, and caused immense destruc - tion to property in several places. A Siezure in DublinNews is to hand from Ireland that the police yesterday proceeded to a house in Dublin and made an extensive siezure of dynamite, gunpowder and arms, and in addition a number of documents implicating several people. The persons in charge of the house were arrested, and the arrest of others will be made forthwith. Disastrous Mining AccidentA disastrous explosion of fire damp occured to-day at the Abram colliery, near Wigan in Lancashire, by which it is feared many lives will be lost. A large number of men were at work in the mine at the time the disaster occurred, and of these fully two hundred have not been recovered.
