[By Telegram.] [from a special correspondent.] Temuka, Deo. 2. At the nomination for Geraldine today, Mr J. Hayhurat was proposed by Mr Lynch and seconded by Mr K. i. Gray. Mr Wakefield was proposed _by Mr Ooultman and seconded by Dr Fish. Mr W. Postlethwaite was proposed by Mr Page and seconded by Mr McShane. Mr D, Leach was proposed, but no seconder came forward. The show of hands was as follows Hayhurst 45 Wakefield ... ... ... 40 Postlethwaite ... ... 14
