[Reuters Agency.] London, Nov. 21. State of IrelandA general and giadual revival of agrarian outrages and Boycotting has of
late been apparent in Ireland, and the attitude of the Land League is causing much apprehension. The “ Times ” in a leading article to day commenting upon the present position of affairs in that country describes the situation aa disappointing and disquieting in view of the recent labors of the Land Commission for the determination of agrarian difficulties.
