At a meeting of the Dublin Corporation to-day a proposal was submitted by one of the Aldermen that the Freedom of the City should be presented to Parnell and Dillon, who are now in Custody under the provisions of the Coercion Act. The proposal was discussed at some length, but was finally rejected by a substantial majority.
