A Big* Sale- ■ Wellington, Oct. 22. L. Macdonald and Company yesterday sold the properties lately occupied by W. Mills and others. The Hon. C. J. Pharazyn purchased the Lion Foundry for £15,500. The total amount of the sale was £30,815. Electoral* Dunedin, Oct. 20. Mr John Bathgate is out for Boslyn and Councillor Barnes for City East. Mr Green stated he would give the Government independent support. Good Figures. Some suburban property was sold today at £IOOO an acre.
