Notice is hereby given that by an order of this Honorable Court made on the 17th day of October 1881 the above-named George Palmer was adjudged bankrupt within the true intent and meaning of the said Acts and that in pursuance of the provisions of the said Acts at the request of William Stephen Maslin of Geraldine aforesaid storekeeper and Robert Morrison and Nathaniel Dunlop both of Geraldine aforesaid trading there in copartnership as storekeepers, under the style or firm of Morrison and Dunlop the Petitioning Creditors I Thomas Howley the Clerk of the said Court, have appointed the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon of Tuesday the 25th day of October 1881 as the time and the District Court House Timaru as the place for holding the first meeting of the creditors of the said George Palmer under the bankruptcy and for the attendance of the said George Palmer before the said meeting and that is the time and place for the attendance of the said George Palmer before the said meeting. And notice is hereby further given that the said Court hath fixed Thursday the 27th day of October instant at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon as the time and tho District Court House Timaru as the place for the said George Palmer to appear before the said Court and submit to be ‘'ramined from time to time as provided. ?>y the said Acts.
