This is to be regretted, both for his sake, and for flic sake of those who love good music, for there can be no two opinions about -the high ability of every member of the Company. Herr Scherck alone is worth going far to hear, his power over the piano being something extremely unusual in this colony, and Madame Scherck is also a brilliant pianist, the other performers show an ability rarely manifested in Timaru, and we can assure' our readers who can appreciate music of a high class that they will miss a rare treat if thev fail to take advantage of this opportunity of hearing these able musicians.
