Every person who intends to parade his horse must enter the same at the office 6f the Undersigned on or before Thursday, September 29. Two cards will be delivered to the person making entry, with a conspicuous number thereon, one to be attached on the off side and the duplicate on the near side of the horse, both on the roller. Owners of horses will be subject to whatever regulations the Committee find necessary to make.
