John Johnston, and the Hon. C. J. Pharazjn, Commissioners to prorogue. The Acting Speaker and nine members of the Lower House haring attended, the Commission prorogued Parliament to Thursday, November 24. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. The House met at 12 o’clock.
