At the Waimate R.M. Court, this morning, Win. McCrea, charged with stealing a horse the property of Joseph Andrews, surrendered to his bail. The evidence being altogether insufficient, the charge was dismissed. H. L. Faithful, charged with larceny as a bailee, also surrendered to his bail, Mr Hawkins, appeared for the prosecution, and Mr Clements for the defence. The charge was withdrawn by mutual consent,
