France, Turkey, and Tunis. ■ The “ Morning Post” ' to-day publishes a telegram from Paris slating that M; Roustin','the Fre't&li resident at Tunis, • has sent' a despatch to his Government informing it that the Bey was acting under the orders of the Sultan of Turkey, in supporting-and inciting the Arab tribes to rebel against French authority, M. Roustin is further reported to have Urged that the deposition of the Boy and the of Tunis by the French are absolutely •■•necessary,-an order to bring about a settlement of the present disorder in the country.
