This is to notify that James Nobtham of Winchester in the county of Geraldine in New Zealand blacksmith has this day filed a statement that he is unable to meet his engagements with his creditors. The first meeting of creditors to be held at the District Court House Timaru on Thursday the Bth day of September 1881 at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.
