Were the usual notifications to the Press issued, or has the Board to its many unique methods of conducting public business added that of hole-and corner meetings ?—I am, &c. ABOVE BOARD. [We enquired at the Beard’s ofliecs and found that there was no fonnal meeting of the Board, There may have been a private caucus of members. We need hardly state that the press is not admitted to those caucuses. —Ed. S.C. Times.
