Mails close at the Chief Post Office Timaru, for the following places (subject to the necessary alterations) as under : Thursday, Aug 25. For Australian Colonies,per Ringarooma, at 4 p.m. For Northern Boris of New Zealand, per Rotorua, at (i a.tn. Saturday, Aug 27. For Northern forts of New Zealand, per Wanakn, at 2.50 p.m. Mails for West Coast Sounds will close per Stella via Bluff, on or about 23rd inst. (Signed) Ed.
