In the matter of “ The Debtors and Creditors Act 1876 ” and of “ The Debtors and Credi- ’ tors Act Amendment Act 1878 ” and of “The Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1879 ” and of the bankruptcy of John Wildebmoth of the Cave in the Provincial District of Canterbury in the colony of New Zealand hotelkeeper a debtor.
