The Promoters having been offered a well-established general grocery business upon advantageous terms, propose to establish a Co-operative Society on the same principles as similar Societies are conducted in England. The transactions of the Society will be conducted for cash only, thus avoiding all bad debts incident to the credit system of carrying on business.
