DIED IN THE BUSH.

On Saturday two miners, King and Carmen, surveying for a water-race in the bush near Italian Gully, Waimoa, Westland, found, the remains of a man. Constable Hendrick proceeded to the spot. There was no flesh on his bones. The man is supposed to have while lying on his face, The toes of his Imots wore stuck in the ground, with the hods up. In one of his hoots was found one of his shin bones. No clothing, except a small piece of woollen jacket and nine shillings was found near the spot. The boots have been identified by a shoemaker at Waimera as a pair made for one Moses Monpcra. Monpera was about GO years old, an Italian by birth, and was reported by the police as missing in April, 1880, and never heard of since.
