It, is proposed to retain Mr Clayton’s services as Manager upon terras to be hereafter arranged. ■ The Store, which can be obtained at a veiy low rental, has ample accommodation for carrying on a large business. The transactions of the Society will he conducted for cash only, thus avoiding all bad debts incident to the credit system of carrying on business.
