TIMAEU—THIS DAY. (Before His Honor Judge Ward.) CASE OF DETINUE. Wildie, Allan, and Stumbles y. The Trustee in Green’s estate. MrHamersley for the plaintiffs ; Mr White for the defendant. This was an action to recover the books of account in Green’s estate, which were alleged to hare been included in a bill of sale given by Mr Green to the plaintiffs. After hearing argument, His Honor decided that the bill of sale did not include the books of account.
