At the Court this morning before B. Beetham Esq., R.M., two first offenders were fined Bseach for drunkenness. Attention is directed to Mr Herman’s Consultation No. 3 on the Canterbury Jockey Club Handicap which appears in another column. His two previous consultations were filled in a remarkably short period. Mr Moss Jonas has been authorised by order of the Court to collect all moneys due to the estate of George Green, and has to request prompt settlement of all accounts. Mr W. B. Armson, architect, invites tenders for the erection of a portion of St. Mary’s Church.
